As street food grows in popularity with food trucks in many parts of Los Angeles, remember that in many countries this tradition has always been a part of daily life.

This is true in India, where many snacks and small appetizers are sold on street corners in big cities. These foods are fun to prepare and delicious to eat, especially at parties.

Fahana Sahibzaba owned her own café serving Indian style snacks and sandwiches in the San Fernando Valley for 6 years. She has over 20 years experience teaching cooking classes on Indian/Pakistani cuisine to professionals and home cooks.

Farhana will show you how to prepare these recipes and students will participate in making them.
